We’re one week away from sending out the first wave of Pebble Steel deliveries and getting closer to taking the Pebble appstore live! There’s so much to look forward to in the coming weeks and we hope you’re as excited as we are.
Pebble appstore Update
When Pebble appstore goes live, there will be 500+ amazing apps and faces to choose from, with more added each day. Downloads from the Pebble appstore will be managed within a new versions of the iOS and Android Pebble smartphone apps, making management super-easy.
One of the coolest features to look forward to in the in the new Pebble app is the Locker, which resides in a new “My Pebble” menu within the Pebble smartphone app. By adding apps and watchfaces to your Locker, you can now seamlessly swap in and out the eight watchapps stored on your Pebble at any given time.

For developers, now is the time to post your SDK 2.0-compatible app to the Pebble appstore Developer Portal. Publishing apps to the Pebble appstore is the best way to make your #TinyMomentOfAwesome available to 300,000+ Pebblers around the world. Whether your app is specificlly built for Pebble or a companion app integrates with an existing iOS or Android app, you can publish to the Pebble appstore!
Pebble Steel Shipments Start 28 January
Since unveiling Pebble Steel at CES two weeks ago, the response has been spectacular. We were pleased to welcome a new, classically-inspired addition to the Pebble lineup and couldn’t be happier with the excitement Pebble Steel attracted from those who got a chance to see “Bianca” first-hand in Las Vegas.
